Yes, Texas Has Been Invaded - Laredo Ranch Story Has Been Confirmed

August 10th, 2010

The recent story on Los Zetas seizing a ranch or ranches in a border area north of Laredo, Texas, has now been confirmedKimbery Dvorak, the original reporter of this incident, has now provided a picture taken by her law enforcement source cartelsshowing the incident report on his police cruiser data terminal for 7/24:

“On Friday 7-23-10 Laredo Webb informed that their county SWAT Team is conducting an operation in the Mines Rd. area. According to LT. Garcia with LSO (Laredo Sheriff Office) received a call from a ranch owner stating that the Zetas had taken over his ranch. As per the 17 (reporting person) he informed them that they stated La Compania (Zetas) was taking the ranch and no one was permitted on the ranch without permission. SO (Sheriff Office) will have an unmarked green Ford Taurus with two officers stationed at Los Compadres and a white Chevy Tahoe with two officers stationed at Mineral Rd. The LSO (Laredo Sheriff Office) will maintain surveillance in the area and advise if action is taken. Susp (suspect) Veh (vehicle) are described as a gray or silver Audi, a BLK (black) Escalade or Navigator and a van truck with a logo of a car wash spot free on the side. Border Patrol also has their response team on scene. Also known info of BMW’s and Corvettes entering and leaving the area. Auth LT Lichtenberger if assistance is requested LPD (Laredo Police Department) will secure the outer perimeter. (07/24/10 07:42:10 NR1873)”

Soon after her original report, the attacks began upon Kim and also on Dan from Digger’s Realm, who helped to spread Kim’s original story.  The attacks came from the open borders groups, the lefties and even some on the right, who were quick to claim that this story was a “hoax” because Kim would not identify her source.  Mainstream journalists do this all the time - report a story without an identified source - because the most explosive stories would risk the job or life of the source. If a reporter identifies this source against their wishes, do you think it would encourage others to leak this information in the future?

One of the most virulent attackers had an entry on, which is surprising, since Andrew Breitbart is himself a “citizen journalist”.  The author of the editorial, Bob Owens, also writing for his own blog The Confederate Yankee, titled his piece “No, Texas Has Not Been Invaded”.  Incredibly, Bob Owens did not do any of his own research to base his rebuttal upon. He simply decided that since Kimberly would not identify her source, that she had made it up. Really Bob?  One has to wonder why someone who would attack other bloggers supposedly on the same side of an issue, is writing for BigGovernment in the first place. It seems Bob Owens might be more at home on Politico or Daily Kos from the way he attacked Kimberly and Dan.

And the SPLC, from their smug, self-righteous, racist perch in Alabama, declared this story a fake, without doing any of their own research whatsoever.    Media Matters joined in the feeding frenzy with their uninformed dismissal of the story as well. While they pointed the finger at Kimberly, saying how could she know what was happening in Texas when she lived in San Diego - the same critics were also not in Texas! I enjoy watching these liars try to wipe the egg from their lying faces. I’m sure they will continue to claim it’s a hoax - because they will want to protect their lying asses from the truth and keep you from believing the truth as well.

LaredoGateYou can read the backgrounder of these attacks over at Digger’s Realm - which Dan has named “LaredoGate” - a full 5 part report on the original story and the ensuing attack by both left and right on his and Kim’s reputations.  Dan also delves into the apparent media coverup, starting with the Laredo Morning Times all the way up to Fox News, who refused to even give the story any air time whatsoever.

The original story spread like wildfire - as it SHOULD have - because the story is about a violent Mexican drug cartel  that had crossed into the US and seized a ranch owned by a US citizen.

On the SAME weekend of July 23rd, two Zeta leaders were captured by US law enforcement in a “joint operation” in Brownsville, Texas.  Several things come to mind when you read of the second story out of Brownsville. Why was there a “joint operation” underway in South Texas that was apparently targeting Zetas?  And what did the Brownsville “joint operation” have to do with Laredo and the ranches seized by Zetas?

A second alleged Zeta hitman has been taken into custody in Brownsville, according federal officials.

Luis Alberto Blanco Flores, also known as “El Pelochas,” 29, is in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.

Nina Pruneda, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman, said Blanco was arrested on July 23 during a joint operation that included ICE Homeland Security Investigations, U.S. Border Patrol and Brownsville police

According to court documents, Blanco was arrested for re-entering the country illegally after having been deported on Sept. 16, 2003. After Blanco concludes his pending legal matters with the U.S. government, he will be turned over to Mexican authorities, Pruneda said.

According to Mexican law enforcement officials, Blanco is affiliated with the Zetas criminal organization and worked under Arturo Castillo, also known as “El Apache.”

Castillo was arrested a day later in the same interagency operation on the charge of illegal entry and is also in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service, Pruneda said. Castillo faces extradition to Mexico, she said.

Is this not very alarming that Zeta leaders have been arrested IN THE US and that maybe some ranches along the Texas border have been seized by the same drug cartel, even if only for a short time?????  At what point do we say enough is enough and demand the security that we pay the Federal government for?

Another thing learned from this experience - as citizen journalists trying to find the truth - is that the mainstream media is desperate to discredit citizen bloggers. That fact was made quite clear as a result of the hysteria and claims of “hoax” that circulated throughout the blogosphere regarding this original story.  The goal of outfits like the SPLC and Media Matters, is to confuse people so that they don’t know what is the truth and that part is working.   If you can’t trust regular people who are trying to report the truth when they see it - you might as well stop reading news altogether because it will all just seem like fiction if you believe the lies of the propaganda machine

PRLDEF Lawsuit Alleging That the US Fails To Protect Latinos Based on False Information

December 22nd, 2008

Apparently the National Council of La Raza’s self-proclaimed “Wave of Hate” Campaign has yet another branch coming now from the Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund who has filed a lawsuit with the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights which is part of the Organization of American States.  They are charging that the United States is failing to live up to the group’s declaration on human rights, known as the American Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man.  The lawsuit cites that violence against Latinos rose 40 percent between 2003 and 2007.

Well I did some research and so far, between 2006 and 2007, using statistics from the FBI Crime Statistic web site - the increase in crimes against Hispanics which were considered bias hate crimes rose by FIVE - not 5% but a total of 5 more of these crimes occurred in 2007 compared to 2006.

I did some further research, and guess what - the percent of crimes against Hispanic, when the total Hispanic population is considered, actually WENT DOWN between 2006 and 2007 and here is how I got there:

Total Hispanic population in 2006      40 million  (1)

Total Hispanic population in 2007       45.5 million (1)

Total hate crimes against Hispanics in 2006         770  (2)

Total hate crimes against Hispanics in 2007         775  (3)

The percentage of crimes within the Hispanic population that can be attributed to hate crimes was .00193% in 2006 and in 2007 it was .00171%.  That’s a DECREASE!  Notice that also LESS THAN 1 PER CENT OF THE HISPANIC POPULATION IN BOTH 2006 AND 2007 HAVE BEEN VICTIMS OF A HATE CRIME BECAUSE OF THEIR ETHNICITY.

Let’s compare that to - hmm.. maybe the Black population shall we?

Without bothering with the percentages except to note that the Black population has been now surpassed by the Hispanic population in this country and it’s around 40 million - let’s look at the numbers of hate crimes against blacks:

2006 Hate Crimes against Blacks                    3136

2007 Hate Crimes against Blacks                     3275

That percentage of hate crimes compared to the population is WAY higher than Hispanics are experiencing.

And I’d like to point out that the habit of obscuring statistics about Hispanics makes it very difficult to tally up these numbers because, in essence, often Hispanics are categorized as part of the WHITE race because they do not consider Hispanic or Latino to be a  RACE but an ETHNICITY.

Here’s some interesting statistics for you.  On the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list - 4 of the 10 are Hispanic -yet the Hispanic population is only 14.5 % of the total US population. So 40 PER CENT of the criminals on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted list are Hispanic taking up a much larger share there than they do in the general population. What gives?   If you also are a frequent viewer of America’s Most Wanted, you might also find that most of the fugitves they chase these days are illegal aliens with Hispanic names.  Also true on the cops shows where they follow the police arresting fugitives. You will find most of the fugitives are Hispanics. Gee there a trend for ya PRLDEF.

Here’s an interesting link I found. The San Francisco DEA’s Most Wanted Fugitives list. Notice there is not ONE non-Hispanic name and face on that list?  Where do I file MY petition that MY GOVERNMENT IS NOT PROTECTING ME AS AN AMERICAN CITIZEN FROM THESE CRIMINAL HISPANICS?  In fact, go to the main page and see that click on ANY state you will see that in EVERY STATE the DEA fugitives are HISPANIC. What is wrong with this picture????  And if you really want to see how the White/Hispanic statistics are SO SKEWED just click on some of the offenders and it clearly states Place of Birth is MEXICO yet their race is WHITE. HUH? So next time you see WHITE crime statistics realize that a LARGE PORTION OF WHITE CRIME IS FROM ILLEGAL ALIEN HISPANICS WHO ARE LISTED AS WHITE.

So let’s take a look at this  Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man as it pertains to the protection and rights of the legal American citizen. And notice - all of these “rights” do not mention who is going to PAY for these services and things humans have a “right” to.

On an unrelated topic - I notice this “Declaration of Rights” does not include the “right to marry”. Tell that to the Prop 8 haters.

The Washington Post Editors Show Their Bias in Banning DA King Letter

June 15th, 2008

Here we have a national newspaper, apparently showing it’s bias for the elites and the North American Union and the entire globalist agenda that seeks to end the sovereignty of our great nation. They showed this bias by not allowing a letter to the editor from DA King of the Dustin Inman Society. DA King You can read about the details here from DA King’s site, as well as comments by Digger from Digger’s Realm, Jake from Freedom Folks, Mark Krikorian from National Review Online, Peter Brimlow of VDARE

So, since the Washingto Post did not see fit to print DA King’s letter, I reprint it here for the blogosphere and the Interent - which further proves that print media is a dying breed. They hasten their uselessness when they seek to silence those who do not share in their biased opinions. Please keep in mind this bias when reading anything in the Washington Post!

Dear editor,

In his June 1 column, Jim Hoagland writes about forming an “American Union that pools sovereignty”.

“Pooling sovereignty” is merely a transparent way of saying that we should sacrifice ours in order to form a more profitable market- place that happens to be located in the middle of North America and was once a proud, independent nation of laws with defended, defined borders and a common language.

The majority of Americans will oppose this long held nation busting agenda of the elite.

However “déclassé” of us.

Hoagland and the rest of the open borders crowd must be hoping that we will not realize that with the present convoluted interpretation of the 14th amendment to the US constitution (remember that?), we would make American citizens of much of the hemisphere in but one generation. We would soon all merely be “citizens of the continent” and no doubt pledge allegiance to the commerce for which it stands.

Ben Franklin’s challenge in his answer when asked what government was created by the Constitutional Convention of 1787 was ” a Republic …if you can keep it”.

He must have seen Hoagland & Co. coming.

Not on my watch Mr. Hoagland.

D.A. King

DA King is responding to this op-ed article in the Washington Post by Jim Hoagland

I met DA King in Washington DC last year for the Hold Their Feet to the Fire event. He organized the Sunday rally in Lafayette Park that kicked off the week and a big success it was. DA King is a great guy and I am proud to have him as a fellow patriot fighting illegal immigration.

The list I am sure the Washington Post is going by can be found here at the Southern Poverty Law Center - which they call the “Intelligience Project” - what a joke! - which has included patriotic groups of citizens made up of sweet little white haired ladies and branded them a racist hate group. What is telling about this list is that you will notice that absent from their list is any Hispanic racist hate group such as MeCHA or The National Council of La Raza or MS 13. I went through the newest list and it seems they are trying to appear non-biased by included La Voz de Aztlan in their California list but they have a LONG way to go to be fair and balanced with this list. According to the SPLC, whites seem to have the corner on hate groups but that is totally false. There is hate between the races on ALL sides of this story SPLC - not just the white side of the street.

I don’t know what could be any more racist than calling to “kill whites” or “kill the gringo” but yet that does not seem to qualify them to be on the SPLC’s list of racist hate groups. Doesn’t that make you stop and think that maybe the SPLC is not exactly objective at all? Why do so many people take them at their word without even checking how these groups qualified to get on the list? If anyone did check, they would find that simply being patriotic or proud of one’s race is enough to get you on the list. Why also is it that being proud of the white race and supporting others in the white race is considered supremacist, but that same ruler is not applied to being proud of being black or proud of being hispanic as is the case with The National Council of La Raza or the NAACP? Double standard? Indeed!

Let me just add this. The SPLC has a category in their “hate group” list called “Anti-Immigrant”.  This is totally ridiculous because… illegal aliens are NOT IMMIGRANTS. That is an insult to all legal immigrants!! Furthermore, there are plenty of LEGAL IMMIGRANTS who are against illegal aliens as well so to call a group that is against illegal aliens an “anti-immigrant” group is totally bogus and false.

Legal immigrants have made this country a great country but ONLY because the LEGAL immigrants came here and made it their own country, respected our culture, our customs and our laws as well as saluted our flag. The ILLEGAL variety of invaders do none of these things - so to lump them together with IMMIGRANTS is an insult to all legal immigrants!

Here is the mission statement of The Dustin Inman Society headed by DA King:

With a focus on Georgia, The Dustin Inman Society is dedicated to educating the public and our elected officials on the consequences of illegal immigration, our unsecured borders and the breakdown of the rule of law in our Republic.

Named for one of the thousands of Americans who have paid the ultimate price for those unsecured borders, The Dustin Inman Society is a non-partisan coalition of citizens of all ethnicities and from all walks of life who recognize that illegal immigration and homeland security are the most critical issues in America today.

The obvious illegal immigration crisis is not a “federal problem” - it is a national problem - with Georgia having one of the largest and fastest growing populations of illegal aliens in the nation.

It is not un-American to demand equal protection under the law.

Now you tell me why you think the Washington Post would be against a group like The Dustin Inman Society! Pure hogwash is what I say!
