Illegal Protest

I am totally disgusted at what I see is passing today for “reporting” and “news” but this story that ran in the Philadelphia Daily News this week stoops even lower than the National Enquirer because not only did they run a sensational headline tying together two events which were TOTALLY unrelated, but they based the story on inuendo and rumor rather than fact.

Here is the timeline and to fully understand this Shenandoah story, you need to go back to the July 12th incident where illegal alien Luis Ramirez was involved in a street fight with several teens which resulted in his death due to head trauma. It was a tragic event that COULD have been avoided had the leaders in Shenandoah been enforcing immigration laws. This tragic encounter never would have happened if the town’s leaders had any kind of backbone.

In stepped LULAC and MALDEF to claim that this was a racially motivated hate crime against Mr Ramirez because he was a Mexican and they based these accusations on the fact that the teens used “racial” epithets - they called him a Mexican - which in my book is not racial nor an epithet - but don’t let that get in the way of race baiting agendas.

In the intervening months, much has been learned about that fateful night and in the probable cause affidavit it is stated that Mr Ramirez was in fact lurking around in a dark park at 11:30pm with a 15 year old girl and ultimately, it was THIS reason that prompted the fight not that he was a Mexican. Did the fact that he was a non-English speaking illegal alien who has lived her for six years and not learned English figure into it? I am sure! Gee I can’t imagine why there would be friction when someone breaks into your country, settles in your town, takes jobs at lowest possible wages and refuses even to learn the language. I’m sure villages in Mexico would be happy to have some Americans setup shop in THIER town for six years and do the same right?

Since that time, the first degree homicide charges for the teens have been REDUCED to third degree because it CANNOT BE PROVEN THAT THEY INTENDED TO KILL MR RAMIREZ. It was an accident as a result of the fight and they will most likely pay dearly for that fight no matter what.

But why should the TOWN of Shenandoah have to pay for this tragedy? Well the million dollar funded racist groups MALDEF, LULAC and the ADL want to slander this town to further their own agenda that Americans are out to get Mexicans and that agenda, they hope, will allow illegal aliens to get their “path to citizenship” because the most liberal Americans will feel sorry for them having to put up with all those racist Americans.

These RACIST groups were the FIRST to INSERT themselves into the business of this town and instead of “healing” and “peace” they have caused turmoil and hostility between some of the leaders and between some of the residents. After 6 weeks of abuse by these racist groups, some of the residents asked Voice of the People USA to hold a rally there to support those who were against illegal immigration in the town and to show that this town has had ENOUGH of the SLANDER and the HARRASSMENT and the LIES.

And at that Voice of the People USA rally, close to 600 people from the town came out on that Saturday night and that is about 10% of the town. The Mayor of the town and many of the town council members shunned the Voice of the People rally and said it was a racist gathering, while meanwhile they joined Dr Agapito Lopez (plaintiff in Hazleton ordinance battle), MALDEF and several illegal aliens at a “unity” gathering where they sang songs of unity IN SPANISH.

So fast forward to September 12th. A guy named Javier Alcala reports to police, hours later, that he was abducted by men in a black SUV, duct taped and beaten and then taken and dropped off a few blocks away.. LULAC comes out fighting and says they are calling for a Department of Justice Civil Rights investigation. The first this is heard about is Monday but apparently LULAC has been talking to the press and one of those in the press they were talking to was Regina Medina of the Daily News.

The Shenandoah police said on Monday they had not released information yet because they were not finished their investigation. Oh but that didn’t stop Regina from submitting her story on Shenandoah with the headline reading “Another beating in Shenandoah“. Oh boy consider how THAT would sell papers. Never mind that it was FALSE and Javier Alcala has changed his story four times since then. Police have stated unequivocally that it is NOT A RACIALLY BASED CRIME. The final version of Alcala’s story had something to do with being lured into a house by a woman and then bound with duct tape and beaten up by unknown assailants who then said they had the wrong guy. Apparently these bad guys then took Mr Alcala and drove him a few blocks and left him.

Police said Alcala later admitted to lying about the kidnapping and, after further interviews, police determined the assault occurred at 18 S. Chestnut St., where Alcala arrived with a female acquaintance. Alcala said he arrived at the home and was jumped by the men, who hit him on the head, bound him with duct tape on his legs and arms and blindfolded him with duct tape

It now appears this was drug related in some way and I am sure there will be more details surfacing about this. But the fact is - this has NOTHING to do with the July 12th incident whatsoever but that doesn’t stop the whores of news reporting from continuing to leave that erroneous article out there for more lies to be spread.

And the lies surround the July 12th incident continue to be spread by the whores in the media - from People Magazine to the Republican Herald. Some of the lies are -

• that Crystal Dillman was the “widow” of Luis Ramirez - they weren’t living together, they weren’t married and the “engagement” was two years old and probably not even valid
• that Luis Ramirez is the father of two of Crystal Dillman’s children - oh yeah then why did she file paternity suits against OTHER men regarding those same children?
• that the teens were associated with a gang - totally false - they had no ties to any gangs nor did they have ties to any white supremacy groups
• that the teens attacked Luis Ramirez without provocation - false -Ramirez escalated the fight and was VERY aggressive and he had his own choice racial epithets that were used during the fight as well

And so.. I challenge the Philadelphia Daily News to correct their erroneous information from the Monday article that is circulating around and do the stand up thing.. the right thing.. I won’t be holding my breath however.

To the politicians who supposedly represent WE THE PEOPLE. How many of these criminal illegal aliens are you going to let roam around in our country? How many American lives have to be RUINED by illegal aliens before you will all grow a GOD DAMN BACKBONE? Perhaps if Jenna Bush gets raped by an illegal alien, then GW won’t be so enamored about their presence in this country. I notice suddenly the candidates for President are ignoring the elephant in the room called ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION and they are hoping if they win the office of the President they will wave their magic wand and poof all the illegal aliens will blend into our society as legal citizens and they will think the problem has been solved. Well I’m here to tell you that you ignore this elephant in the room at the peril of the future of this country!

I implore every citizen who cares about turning this issue around to INVESTIGATE EVERY POLITICIAN WHO WILL BE ON THE NOVEMBER BALLOT. Call them and ask them what they plan to do about illegal aliens in their district or if they will be in the Senate - ask them what legislation dealing with this issue that they support. If you don’t know who you are voting for in November - how do you expect anything to change??? Here is where you can find out who is on your local ballot so that you can find out who they are and what they stand for. The site is SmartVoter.org. You do NOT need to depend on the media for your information about candidates. If you don’t find out who is on your ballot and WHO THEY ARE then you are wasting your vote.

Rapist faces state prison term before deportation

Justino Diaz-Espiridio, who raped a woman last September in her Klingerstown home, will spend many years behind state prison bars before being deported to his native Mexico after being sentenced Friday in Schuylkill County Court.

Diaz-Espiridio, 29, of Klingerstown, must serve 7 to 15 years in a state correctional institution and be subject to Megan’s Law sanctions for life, Judge Charles M. Miller ruled.

“You had absolutely no justification for this,” Miller told a handcuffed and scowling Diaz-Espiridio, who said nothing during the sentencing hearing. “You took from this young woman her health and her emotional well-being.”

Miller also sentenced Diaz-Espiridio to pay costs, $1,000 in fines and $8,382 restitution, and to submit a DNA sample to law enforcement authorities.

Furthermore, District Attorney James P. Goodman said Friday that Diaz-Espiridio is an illegal immigrant and has a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer lodged against him, meaning he will be deported as soon as he completes his sentence.

After a two-day trial over which Miller presided, a jury convicted Diaz-Espiridio on June 10 of rape, burglary, criminal trespass and indecent assault.

State police at Schuylkill Haven charged Diaz-Espiridio with raping the 20-year-old woman on Sept. 9.

“This is a type of thing that we really don’t have very often,” First Assistant District Attorney Karen Noon said in asking for a stiff sentence for Diaz-Espiridio. “He was waiting for her. She was totally taken off guard.”

The victim never returned to her apartment and no longer even wants to live in Pennsylvania, Noon said.

The victim’s father also said great harm was done to his daughter.

“He’s kind of ruined her life,” he said. After the hearing, he said she must undergo medical testing because of the rape.

Assistant Public Defender Lora J. McDonald, Diaz-Espiridio’s attorney, said he has no prior record and wants to return eventually to Mexico.

How about we return him to HELL instead? He has no prior record hmm..? How do you even know if this is his REAL NAME?

“He would like to take responsibility and put this behind him,” McDonald said of her client.

Noon declined to comment after the sentencing.

The victim’s father said he wished Diaz-Espiridio had gotten an even longer sentence but that he understood the court had its hands tied to some extent.

Huh? How did the government have their hands tied? Could it by they were tied by MEXICO who once again butted into our justice system where they have no jurisdiction? How about Mexico butt into legal affairs BEFORE their citizens commit crimes for a change? Mexico knows they are sending their poor and their criminals to the US so they are fully aware that our country is being filled with the lowlifes that Mexico does not want.

He expressed anger about illegal immigrants like Diaz-Espiridio, saying the government should crack down on businesses that hire them.

The Megan’s Law sanctions to which Diaz-Espiridio is subject include being required to report to state police his address, photograph, job and educational statuses and any changes in those.

Oh yeah - I’m sure this guy will be reporting in when he sneaks across the border AGAIN after he has been released - probably in the lowest number of years possible - 7 years. Does anyone notice that a RAPIST ILLEGAL ALIEN is going to serve LESS TIME THAN COMPEAN AND RAMOS OUR BORDER AGENTS WHO ARE IN PRISON FOR DOING THEIR JOBS????? Did Compean and Ramos get a 7-12 year sentence? NO! They got a MINIMUM OF TEN YEARS FOR USING A GUN TO DO THEIR JOBS.

This is what PISSES ME OFF ROYALLY ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON IN THIS COUNTRY. THE INSANE ARE IN CHARGE OF OUR GOVERNMENT. PLEASE VOTE THE IDIOTS OUT OF OFFICE BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!!!

This needs to be filed under “YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!” Sadly, it is actually going to spur HEARINGS from the House Judiciary Committee because now Rep Zoe Lofgren apparently does NOT understand how the laws in this country work and that you cannot claim ignorance of the laws and escape punishment. That fact is codified in the statement I have heard ALL MY LIFE from law enforcement and it goes like this :

IGNORANCE OF THE LAW IS NO EXCUSE

If this is allowed to go as far as HEARINGS by our so-called political representatives in Congress, it will be yet another blow to the rule of law in this country, as our so-called political representatives debate whether or not we need to hold illegal aliens to the same legal standards as citizens. Yes folks, that is the only thing that can come from this. It really could happen that even at our highest levels of government, illegal aliens will be excused from their illegal behavior “because they didn’t know it was illegal”. Meanwhile, you and I are held to the standard of “ignorance of the law is no excuse”.

We need to NIP THIS ONE IN THE BUD folks and I provide contact information for the culprits behind this farce as well as a link to contact info on ALL the House Judiciary Committe members and let’s get the phones ringing off the hook. Make no mistake about it, if these Postville illegal aliens are allowed to say that they “didn’t know it was illegal to use the Social Security Card with someone else’s name on it” it will open the door to all illegal aliens claiming ignorance of our laws as a way to escape punishment. Rep Zoe Lofgren SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HERSELF. But then again she comes from San Francisco where there are very few laws which are followed apparently.

An Interpreter Speaking Up for Migrants ( where’s my tiny violin? )

In 23 years as a certified Spanish interpreter for federal courts, Erik Camayd-Freixas has spoken up in criminal trials many times, but the words he uttered were rarely his own.

Then he was summoned here by court officials to translate in the hearings for nearly 400 illegal immigrant workers arrested in a raid on May 12 at a meatpacking plant. Since then, Mr. Camayd-Freixas, a professor of Spanish at Florida International University, has taken the unusual step of breaking the code of confidentiality among legal interpreters about their work.

In a 14-page essay he circulated among two dozen other interpreters who worked here, Professor Camayd-Freixas wrote that the immigrant defendants whose words he translated, most of them villagers from Guatemala, did not fully understand the criminal charges they were facing or the rights most of them had waived.

In the essay and an interview, Professor Camayd-Freixas said he was taken aback by the rapid pace of the proceedings and the pressure prosecutors brought to bear on the defendants and their lawyers by pressing criminal charges instead of deporting the workers immediately for immigration violations.

He said defense lawyers had little time or privacy to meet with their court-assigned clients in the first hectic days after the raid. Most of the Guatemalans could not read or write, he said. Most did not understand that they were in criminal court.

“The questions they asked showed they did not understand what was going on,” Professor Camayd-Freixas said in the interview. “The great majority were under the impression they were there because of being illegal in the country, not because of Social Security fraud.”

During fast-paced hearings in May, 262 of the illegal immigrants pleaded guilty in one week and were sentenced to prison — most for five months — for knowingly using false Social Security cards or legal residence documents to gain jobs at the Agriprocessors kosher meat plant in nearby Postville. It was the largest criminal enforcement operation ever carried out by immigration authorities at a workplace.

The essay has provoked new questions about the Agriprocessors proceedings, which had been criticized by criminal defense and immigration lawyers as failing to uphold the immigrants’ right to due process. Representative Zoe Lofgren, Democrat of California and chairwoman of the House Judiciary immigration subcommittee, said she would hold a hearing on the prosecutions and call Professor Camayd-Freixas as a witness.

“The essay raises questions about whether the charges brought were supported by the facts,” Ms. Lofgren said.

Bob Teig, a spokesman for Matt M. Dummermuth, the United States attorney for the Northern District of Iowa, said the immigrants’ constitutional rights were not compromised.

Digger over at Digger’s Realm put together an awesome video analysis of the story NBC San Diego did on the National Council of THE RACE Convention being held in San Diego this week. The NBC story was being passed off as “objective news” but it was more like a nice little PR piece for NCLR. In fact, it seems the Mayor of San Diego was busy whoring himself at the feet of NCLR and the imaginary powerful Latino vote like a cheap hooker, by proclaiming July 8th as “NCLR Day”. How nice! A racist, separatist pro-Latino screw everyone else group is being honored with their own day. Well scratch San Diego off my list of cities I ever want to visit because apparently it has been bought and paid for by Mexico and NCLR. How disgusting!

I visited San Diego in the late 70’s and it was a cool, hip place with lots of American “hippie” types. I suppose now it looks more like Mexico. How sad.
