The Washington Post Editors Show Their Bias in Banning DA King Letter

June 15th, 2008

Here we have a national newspaper, apparently showing it’s bias for the elites and the North American Union and the entire globalist agenda that seeks to end the sovereignty of our great nation. They showed this bias by not allowing a letter to the editor from DA King of the Dustin Inman Society. DA King You can read about the details here from DA King’s site, as well as comments by Digger from Digger’s Realm, Jake from Freedom Folks, Mark Krikorian from National Review Online, Peter Brimlow of VDARE

So, since the Washingto Post did not see fit to print DA King’s letter, I reprint it here for the blogosphere and the Interent - which further proves that print media is a dying breed. They hasten their uselessness when they seek to silence those who do not share in their biased opinions. Please keep in mind this bias when reading anything in the Washington Post!

Dear editor,

In his June 1 column, Jim Hoagland writes about forming an “American Union that pools sovereignty”.

“Pooling sovereignty” is merely a transparent way of saying that we should sacrifice ours in order to form a more profitable market- place that happens to be located in the middle of North America and was once a proud, independent nation of laws with defended, defined borders and a common language.

The majority of Americans will oppose this long held nation busting agenda of the elite.

However “déclassé” of us.

Hoagland and the rest of the open borders crowd must be hoping that we will not realize that with the present convoluted interpretation of the 14th amendment to the US constitution (remember that?), we would make American citizens of much of the hemisphere in but one generation. We would soon all merely be “citizens of the continent” and no doubt pledge allegiance to the commerce for which it stands.

Ben Franklin’s challenge in his answer when asked what government was created by the Constitutional Convention of 1787 was ” a Republic …if you can keep it”.

He must have seen Hoagland & Co. coming.

Not on my watch Mr. Hoagland.

D.A. King

DA King is responding to this op-ed article in the Washington Post by Jim Hoagland

I met DA King in Washington DC last year for the Hold Their Feet to the Fire event. He organized the Sunday rally in Lafayette Park that kicked off the week and a big success it was. DA King is a great guy and I am proud to have him as a fellow patriot fighting illegal immigration.

The list I am sure the Washington Post is going by can be found here at the Southern Poverty Law Center - which they call the “Intelligience Project” - what a joke! - which has included patriotic groups of citizens made up of sweet little white haired ladies and branded them a racist hate group. What is telling about this list is that you will notice that absent from their list is any Hispanic racist hate group such as MeCHA or The National Council of La Raza or MS 13. I went through the newest list and it seems they are trying to appear non-biased by included La Voz de Aztlan in their California list but they have a LONG way to go to be fair and balanced with this list. According to the SPLC, whites seem to have the corner on hate groups but that is totally false. There is hate between the races on ALL sides of this story SPLC - not just the white side of the street.

I don’t know what could be any more racist than calling to “kill whites” or “kill the gringo” but yet that does not seem to qualify them to be on the SPLC’s list of racist hate groups. Doesn’t that make you stop and think that maybe the SPLC is not exactly objective at all? Why do so many people take them at their word without even checking how these groups qualified to get on the list? If anyone did check, they would find that simply being patriotic or proud of one’s race is enough to get you on the list. Why also is it that being proud of the white race and supporting others in the white race is considered supremacist, but that same ruler is not applied to being proud of being black or proud of being hispanic as is the case with The National Council of La Raza or the NAACP? Double standard? Indeed!

Let me just add this. The SPLC has a category in their “hate group” list called “Anti-Immigrant”.  This is totally ridiculous because… illegal aliens are NOT IMMIGRANTS. That is an insult to all legal immigrants!! Furthermore, there are plenty of LEGAL IMMIGRANTS who are against illegal aliens as well so to call a group that is against illegal aliens an “anti-immigrant” group is totally bogus and false.

Legal immigrants have made this country a great country but ONLY because the LEGAL immigrants came here and made it their own country, respected our culture, our customs and our laws as well as saluted our flag. The ILLEGAL variety of invaders do none of these things - so to lump them together with IMMIGRANTS is an insult to all legal immigrants!

Here is the mission statement of The Dustin Inman Society headed by DA King:

With a focus on Georgia, The Dustin Inman Society is dedicated to educating the public and our elected officials on the consequences of illegal immigration, our unsecured borders and the breakdown of the rule of law in our Republic.

Named for one of the thousands of Americans who have paid the ultimate price for those unsecured borders, The Dustin Inman Society is a non-partisan coalition of citizens of all ethnicities and from all walks of life who recognize that illegal immigration and homeland security are the most critical issues in America today.

The obvious illegal immigration crisis is not a “federal problem” - it is a national problem - with Georgia having one of the largest and fastest growing populations of illegal aliens in the nation.

It is not un-American to demand equal protection under the law.

Now you tell me why you think the Washington Post would be against a group like The Dustin Inman Society! Pure hogwash is what I say!

List of Bilderberg 2008 Attendees - Globalists Exposed

June 8th, 2008

Here is a nice list of the globalist elites who are coming together to try to plan the global government which will involve having THEM as the royalty and the rest of the people of the world as a single class of peasants. They are not interested in preserving personal freedom. They are interested in securing their place among the elites so they get their piece of the pie and are not counted among the peasantry of the world. Their interests, no matter what country they hail from, are in maniuplating global politics, including our Presidential election. It is a known fact that every President in the last 20-30 years has been an attendee at Bilderberg. Anyone outside Bilderberg will never have a chance at securing one of the most powerful positions in the upcoming global government.

You will notice several names from large newspapers such as the Wall Street Journal. Why is it that the Wall Street Journal finds it appropriate to not give this meeting even a mention in their paper? Do you think they are participants in the world government coverup of this annual secret meeting of the global elites? This is not tinfoil hat stuff.. this is real.

Notice that Eric Schmidt from Google is there and so are several state governors (Kansas, South Carolina).. why only a few governors? Could it be that these two are being groomed for upcoming increasing leadership roles dictated by the Bilderberg elites?

Funny thing is.. I know that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama were attendees but they are not on this list. So how many names were NOT on this list and why?

From Teknosis blog at this link:

Bilderberg 2008 Attendee List : Bilderberg Attendee List 2008 :

Shouldn’t we have a science of peace (ala Alfred Korzybski “Science and Sanity”), be exploring the universe and not be driving around gasoline powered vehicles right now? I’ll bet they are planning and discussing how to fix these problems right away!

Some good commentary on Bilderberg 2008 here

A description of this secretive meeting between leaders of many countries from their “press release”

“The conference will deal mainly with a nuclear free world, cyber terrorism, Africa, Russia, finance, protectionism, U.S.-European Union relations, Afghanistan and Pakistan, Islam and Iran. Approximately 140 participants will attend, of whom about two-thirds come from Europe and the balance from North America,” the release stated. “About one-third is from government and politics, and two-thirds are from finance, industry, labor, education and communications. The meeting is private in order to encourage frank and open discussion.”

World Net Daily commentary on the Hillary/Obama secretive meeting that may have been at Bilderberg

Apparently these meeting attendees from the US are not aware of the Logan Act:

The Logan Act (18 U.S.C.A. § 953 [1948]) is a single federal statute making it a crime for a citizen to confer with foreign governments against the interests of the United States. Specifically, it prohibits citizens from negotiating with other nations on behalf of the United States without authorization.

Congress established the Logan Act in 1799, less than one year after passage of the ALIEN AND SEDITION ACTS, which authorized the arrest and deportation of ALIENS and prohibited written communication defamatory to the U.S. government. The 1799 act was named after Dr. George Logan. A prominent Republican and Quaker from Pennsylvania, Logan did not draft or introduce the legislation that bears his name, but was involved in the political climate that precipitated it.

And here is another link that should get your blood boiling as pertains to this secretive meeting in Chantilly this weekend.

A Portuguese newspaper has reported on something the American corporate media remains cowardly complicit about and dare not even mention - this week’s confab of nearly 200 of the world’s most influential powerbrokers in Chantilly Virginia for the 2008 Bilderberg Group meeting.

The Sol newspaper carries a story today concerning two of the Portuguese attendees of this year’s conference, the mayors of Lisbon and Porto - Antonio Costa and Rui Rio (pictured top).

Tellingly, the report highlights the fact that Bilderberg has kingmaker power in vetting future Prime Ministers and Presidents, noting how Pedro Santana Lopes and Jose Socrates attended the 2004 meeting in Stresa, Italy before both going on to become Prime Minster of Portugal.

In addition, the report underscores how both Costa and Rio have ambitions to lead their respective parties and potentially run for Prime Minister in the future.

Loophole in Ohio Law Allows Drunk Illegal Aliens to Kill Americans and it’s Just a Misdemeanor

May 19th, 2008

We already know there are two sets of laws in this country but this highlights the absurdity of it even more. Clearly the law abiding citizens are getting screwed from every direction. Meanwhile, illegal aliens sneak into our country, assume a fake identity, drive without insurance or a license and work for cash under the table and if they smash into someone on the highway in Ohio and kill anyone - they just receive a slap on the wrist. But if an Ohio citizen has the exact same car accident, they will be charged with a felony and probably be sued for everything they have. The illegal alien? He just shrugs and takes on another identity and goes about his business of taking American jobs, taking taxpayer funded handouts and raising his anchor baby American citizen.

Barr FamilyTake a good look at this family portrait and realize that this little girl’s father is now dead and the scumbag illegal alien who killed him was only charged with a misdemeanor. This illegal alien should not have been here in the first place to end the life of this family’s father and husband. But to trivialize his death by allowing little to no punishment for this tragedy is beyond comprehension. Our justice system no longer operates with common sense and it is a sign of a declining nation in my opinion. What’s next? Will the victims of these crashes have to pay for the medical costs of the illegal alien who caused the crash? That’s only one small step away from the current injustice going on in this country. Screw the citizen - promote the illegal alien slaves. Apparently the people in power in this country prefer third world slaves to uppity citizens any day.

DOVER — You can get a break under Ohio law if you crash your car and kill somebody–provided you don’t have a driver’s license. Legal experts say there is a technical loophole in the Ohio Revised Code.

Illegal immigrants who crash and kill are only charged with a misdemeanor and not a felony. Ohio drivers with a valid license would be charged with a felony for the same crime.

Dover resident, John Barr, was driving home from work to his wife, Kelly, and 3-year old daughter last June. Barr’s life ended in a violent crash.
His dark purple Ford Taurus was crushed by a dump truck that was forced into him by a car driven by an illegal immigrant from Guatemala.

Juan Usralios had no valid license. Amanda Spies, the Tuscarawas County prosecutor initially charged Usralios with involuntary manslaughter, a felony offense. However, Spies discovered there is no language in the Ohio Revised Code to charge Usralios with a felony because he wasn’t driving with a suspended license or any license at all.

Kelly Barr told Channel 3’s Mike O’Mara, “I am angry and I am still grieving on a daily basis. So is my daughter. We deal with that every day. I cry every day.”

Kelly says she was devastated when she learned that Usralios was only charged with a misdemeanor.
But Amanda Spies told Channel 3 that she had no choice under Ohio law.

“Normally at first glance this looks like a felony offense,” said Spies. “And then when you start reading word for word you realize there is a big hole in the law that Mr. Usralios happened to fall into.”

Kelly has vowed to help change the Ohio law.
She says she owes it to her daughter, Allison who is now four years old. Her cousin, Kelly S. Barr, is helping with the petition drive.

“We have to do something about this,” said Kelly S. Barr. “It breaks my heart to know that Allison will not see her dad.”

“Why is this crime only a misdemeanor?” she asked.

John’s widow, Kelly, said, “being angry, yelling, crying isn’t going to get me somewhere with the law. I need to be as smart as I can. I want our state legislators to do something to fix this.”

State Representative Allan Sayre, from Dover has introduced House Bill 512 which would close the loophole.

State representatives, Stephen Dyer from Green, Jennifer Brady from Westlake, Edna Brown from Toledo, Joseph Koziura from Lorain, Lorraine Fende from Willowick, and Mark Okey from Carrollton have all declared their support for the H.B. 512.

Currently House Bill 512 is waiting for review by the Criminal Justice Committee with no timetable for any decision.

Since last summer there have been two more fatal accidents on State Route 250. Both involved illegal immigrants with no license. Both men were only charged with a misdemeanors.
If you want to contact Kelly Barr regarding H.B.512 you can write to: ohb512@yahoo.com

Postville Iowa immigration raid ever much worse than you think

May 18th, 2008

You absolutely MUST read this entire article if you read NOTHING else. My sincere thanks goes to the author - Craig - who posted this at Project USA.

Full article here

The Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement detained 390 illegal immigrants May 13, 2008 in the largest single-site immigration raid in US history. The raid took place at Agriprocessors, Inc., the nation’s largest kosher meatpacking plant, located in the tiny town of Postville, Iowa.

postville, iowaFederal officials have declined to comment about possible charges against the owners of Agriprocessors, and jaded Americans can be forgiven for assuming the employer will receive a slap on the wrist, if it receives any penalty at all.

But before you shrug and move on, it’s worth noting that the feds aren’t following the typical routine around the Postville raid. There may yet be some arrests higher up the ladder in the offing, with serious felony charges to follow.

As well there should be. The 390 detainees who were working in Agriprocessors’ slaughterhouse are the vanilla surface of a much darker story underneath. It’s a deeply troubling story that demands the owners of Agriprocessors, among others, be prosecuted under the full weight of the law.

If this story doesn’t end with major prison sentences handed down, there is, as they say, no justice.

An astonishing criminal enterprise

I first picked up the Agriprocessors story in May, 2004. It began far from Iowa’s cornfields with the arrival at San Francisco’s international airport on Cathay Pacific Airlines Flight CX872 of a Chinese national named Hu Yao Bin with his wife and two children.

The paperwork Mr. Hu presented to immigration inspectors at the airport was all in order. It showed that a US employer named Aaron Rubashkin, president of Agriprocessors, Inc. of Postville, Iowa, had petitioned successfully for the visa that Mr. Hu and his family now presented to inspectors—an EW-3 visa, which covers those coming to the United States to perform unskilled labor.

It should have been another rubber stamp entry. But no sooner had Mr. Hu and his family been cleared to enter the United States, permanently, than Mr. Hu blundered badly. He asked the inspecting officer to forward his Legal Permanent Resident card to his intended address in San Francisco’s Chinatown—not to the kosher slaughterhouse in Iowa that was to be his place of employment.

Oops. That’s one heck of a commute. Mr. Hu was promptly referred to a second agent for questioning.

Hu Yao Bin
Hu Yao Bin
(photo from ICE

charging documents)

He confessed everything in the second interview. In a sworn statement, Mr. Hu said that his friend, Mr. Hu Shu Bin, had obtained the immigrant visa from the American consulate in Guangzhou, China, for which he had paid his friend US$30,000—the standard fee “snakeheads” charge to bring Chinese nationals into the United States.

In the statement, Mr. Hu Yao Bin stated that Mr. Hu Shu Bin had arranged for the family to immigrate through an American lawyer named Christopher A. Teras.

Mr Teras has processed hundreds of these cases, Mr Hu told the agent.

When the interview was over, Mr. Hu received a “deferred inspection”. He was released with a request that he reappear voluntarily at a later date.

After Mr. Hu and his family left to start their new lives as Americans, an ICE agent telephoned Agriprocessors. It happened to be a Jewish holiday, so the plant was closed. A security guard named Warren Timmerman was on duty, however, and he showed no reluctance to talk to to the agent.

He told the agent that, yes, “hundreds of Chinese” immigrants come to Postville to work at the slaughterhouse for a couple of weeks in order to fulfill their visa requirement, then disappear.

Interesting.

The agent then called Mr. Hu’s attorney, Christopher Teras, a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Assn whose office in Washington, DC, as it turned out, was just five blocks from my own. A “Ms. Kim-attorney secretary”, answered the telephone at the law firm. She too was very forthcoming. In a heavy Asian accent, she told the agent that $30,000 was a typical fee for someone like Mr. Hu, and that, yes, the firm “has successed for hundreds of such”.

Later in the article I found this tidbit that I found quite interesting since my PA Senator is Arlen Specter (grrrrr)

The heart of the problem

The biggest obstacle I see to cleaning up our nation’s immigration mess—bigger than the American Immigration Lawyers Assn and the greed of its members,
bigger than subversive editors, bigger than contemptible employers—is the governmental corruption that seems to have this country by the throat.

One form of that corruption is campaign contributions—a practice that is destroying our democracy and simply has to stop. From 2000 to 2004, Agriprocessors contributed $2,000 to Congressman Noach Dear of Brooklyn, $2,500 to Congressman Jim Nussle of Iowa, $2,000 to the National Republican Congressional Cmte, and $14,000 to Senator Arlen Specter. Each of these recipients during this time period actively worked against the wishes and well-being of the American people on the immigration issue in Washington.

From 2000 to 2004, Agriprocessors also gave $3,550 to the Republican Party of Iowa, which repeatedly acquiesced in the betrayal of Iowans on the immigration issue during Governor Tom Vilsack’s administration, and $5,500 to Stan Thompson, an Iowa Republican who challenged Democratic incumbent Leonard Boswell in Iowa’s 3rd congressional district in 2002 and again in 2004.

How is Stan Thompson on immigration? When ProjectUSA put up billboards in Des Moines during the 2004 campaign advertising the fact that, in Washington, Rep. Boswell supported amnesty for illegal aliens, the immigration issue exploded into the race. billboard-congressman Leonard Boswell supports amnesty for illegal aliensRep. Boswell was left hurling invective and fuming, but ineffectively, since our billboards were accurate. Enter challenger Stan Thompson. Thompson not only failed to capitalize on the gift he’d been handed, but neutered our campaign by publicly condemning our completely accurate billboard campaign and calling on us to take down the boards! To whose interests was Stan Thompson hewing? The voters’ of Iowa? The struggling guy’s in Postville with a wife and two kids to support? Or the interests of Agriprocessors, his campaign donor?
