Unemployment is at what - 8% or more? - and this douche bag Janet Napolitano - is giving freaking Temporay WORK VISAS to illegal aliens picked up in a raid on a Bellingham, Washington raid last month.  Are you kidding me?  What is going on in this country?   Douche Bag Janet Napolitano Why don’t we just send freaking BUSES to Mexico and make it easier for them to come here and take American jobs???? Why don’t we send them gilded invitations?  This woman is even more dangerous and stupid than our current President!  We need to march on Washington and kick her out of her office along with every other God damned traitor who tries to call themselves our representatives. She works for us and she is FIRED.

Read it for yourself and see if it doesn’t make your blood simply BOIL. Here are the numbers to call when your blood does boil.

Homeland Security Frees 27 Illegal Immigrants, Sends Them Back to Work

SEATTLE — The Department of Homeland Security freed 27 illegal immigrants arrested during a workplace raid in February and offered them legal work permits, signaling a major departure from the immigration enforcement policy of the Bush administration.

The Feb. 24 raid of an auto parts plant in Bellingham, Wash., netted 28 illegal immigrants. While one was deported, the remaining workers were released from custody and given employment authorization documents, or EADs, in exchange for cooperating with an ongoing investigation of their employer, Yamato Engine Specialists.

The EAD is a temporary work permit most commonly given to people applying for green cards or citizenship. It usually lasts for one year, but Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.) sources tell FOX News that these work permits will expire when the case against Yamato is closed.

Immigrant rights activists support the move and the new direction Secretary Janet Napolitano is taking the Homeland Security Department with her focus on penalizing employers rather than the immigrants themselves.

“She is crafting and the people in her department are crafting a strategy that could target some people who are abusive and manipulative as employers,” said Pramila Jayapal, executive director of the Seattle-based immigrant aid group OneAmerica.

But critics say the softened policy will increase the number of illegal immigrants entering the country.

“The signal that it sends to illegal immigrants is that if you can get here, you’re pretty much home free,” said Ira Mehlman, a spokesman for the Federation for American Immigration Reform.

The Bellingham raid was the first and only mass arrest of immigrants since President Obama took office and came as a shock to Napolitano, who ordered a review of the incident the day after.

“I didn’t know about it beforehand,” she told the House Homeland Security Committee the morning following the raid. “I want to get to the bottom of this as well.”

The response from the Department of Homeland Security marks a major shift from the last years of the Bush administration, when workplace arrests of illegals were commonplace.

Criminal arrests of employers who hired illegal immigrants skyrocketed from 25 in 2002 to 1,103 in 2008. The number of deportations jumped from 485 to 5,184 over that same time period. The Obama administration has sought a freeze on immigrant arrests.

Enforcement advocates say Americans should be outraged by the government giving illegal immigrants a right to work when unemployment is so high for documented workers.

Unemployment in Whatcom County, home to the Yamato plant, has risen to 8.1 percent, and in the days after the Yamato raid, more than 150 people applied for the jobs made open by the arrests.

Immigrant groups say the release was a humane act that is keeping families together and allowing them to earn a decent living.

Secretary Napolitano is expected to soon formally announce new guidelines for workplace immigration enforcement. [oh great]

An I.C.E source in Washington D.C. disputes the claim that this marks a new policy telling FOX News the work permits are issued as an investigative tool to get cooperation from the illegal immigrants.

You may remember Janet Napolitano as Governor of Arizona where she REJECTED Proposition 200, that got 56% of the vote by Arizona citizens.
Not to mention that Janet Napolitano, as Governor of Arizona, also showed her complete FAILURE to enforce immigration laws in a border state, by the sheer numbers of illegal aliens flooding into Arizona every day. I think she might have tied with John McCain for failing to enforce immigration laws while representing a border state… along with Bill Richardson of New Mexico. Gee why don’t we just go and hire Mexicans to run the governments of our border states - it would probably be CHEAPER and we would get the SAME RESULT.

Truly, the nuts are running the asylum… Wake up Americans - your country is slipping more from your grip EVERY DAY.

*Update*   Found this very interesting followup to the story from the Seattle Times
Excerpts of interest:

The workers arrested in February were suspected of being in the country illegally. ICE officials said at the time that many of the workers used fake Social Security numbers and other counterfeit documents to obtain jobs.

Guillen said two were deported, but many were released last week and given permission to work. “They’re being offered work permits to work anywhere,” she said.

Makalai told the Herald the company is enrolled in the e-Verify, an online system employers can use to check the Social Security numbers of job applicants.

So.. doesn’t this essentially indict the E-Verify system as being totally useless if it cannot detect FAKE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS????
Yet another example of good intentions by the government but epic failure in execution.  In my opinion, Yamato Engine Specialists are innocent because they used E-Verify and that system did not detect the fake social security numbers. It is the government which should be indicted in its complete, abject FAILURE at ENFORCING IMMIGRATION LAW.

88 Year Old Church Going Man Arrested in Mexico on Trumped Up Charges - Mexico sees $$$

January 20th, 2009

Does anyone really need any more reason to AVOID MEXICO for ANY REASON ?  Now we have this case that shows the depth of corruption in Mexico and that they will stop at nothing to extort money from elsewhere.  This is how desperate the situation is in Mexico and I don’t know why any American would go there at this point.  Read the following horrific story and CALL YOUR CONGRESSMAN and SENATORS to have them get this poor guy and his grandson RELEASED IMMEDIATELY from the MEXICAN PRISON!     badgeman

Family protests Arlington man’s jailing in Mexico

The family of an Arlington man and son blames corruption for their arrest.

ARLINGTON — Edward Chrisman just wanted to take a day trip across the Mexican border with his grandson.

Now, the 88-year-old Arlington man and his grandson are being held in a Mexican federal prison with no release in sight.

Chrisman was spending his winter in Yuma, Ariz., when his grandson, Gary Chrisman Jr., invited him along on a trip to get inexpensive dental treatment.

Mexican police arrested the pair Jan. 8 on pornography charges after Gary Chrisman took a photo of two fully clothed young women in a convenience store in Algodones, Mexico.

For nearly two weeks the Chrismans’ family has been scrambling. Both men say they are innocent. Their relatives are convinced the pair are victims of a corrupt system attempting to shake down the family for cash, said Shannon Perkins, Edward Chrisman’s granddaughter.

She and her father, Gary Chrisman Sr. of Yuma, have traveled across the border daily.

“When they see Americans, they see money,” Perkins said of the Mexican justice officials they’ve met. “Every one of them is crooked.”

Edward Chrisman is an unlikely international criminal.

An Arlington resident for most of his life, Chrisman is described by family as a religious man who has attended the Arlington Assembly of God Church for decades. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He worked as a civil service machinist for the Navy before retiring years ago.

Edward Chrisman was married to his wife, Norma, for 63 years. He cared for her until her death from Alzheimer’s in 2007.

“How in heaven’s name could this happen in our world today?” asked Kathy Carlin, who works at Chrisman’s church. “Talk about the epitome of innocent. This just blows me away.”

The church of 350 is in shock, she said. Chrisman is “like the church grandpa,” she said.

Here’s what family says happened:

Chrisman and his 40-year-old grandson traveled from Yuma to Algodones, Mexico, eight miles south. The town is known for offering heavily discounted prescriptions and cut-rate medical and dental care.

After Gary Chrisman’s dental work, the pair stopped at a convenience store. Edward Chrisman waited in the car while his grandson went to buy a soda. Gary Chrisman said he asked a family in the convenience store if he could pay them $25 to take their photos. He’d been taking photos of Mexican culture all day with a new camera.

The mother granted permission and took his money. He snapped headshots of her two daughters, 17 and 18, and left the store.

The elder Chrisman never got out of the car.

Local police arrested both men a few minutes later. Their money, passports and other belongings were taken. The pair were placed in a holding cell in Morelos. The charge: “intent for pornography.”

The men later told family that for two days they had nothing to eat and no place to use the bathroom. On the third day, a charitable organization brought them food, blankets and an old mattress to sleep on. Gary Chrisman asked the man delivering the items to contact his family.

Gary Chrisman’s family hired a Mexican lawyer, who seemed confident the charges had no merit. After six days, the case was brought in front of a judge. Both men were asked questions about their annual incomes. The family was told both men were found innocent. The judge said they’d be released the next day.

But when the family came to pick up the men, authorities said the verdict had been changed. Both men were transferred to a prison in Mexicali, the capital of the Mexican state of Baja California Norte.

Authorities refused to share court documents with the family.

Perkins fears her grandfather won’t survive.

Saturday, the only visiting day, Perkins waited in line for hours to see the two. They were being held in a concrete cell with 40 other prisoners. The room had one toilet and her grandfather had been sleeping on a metal bed frame with no mattress.

He looked dehydrated and disoriented, she said. The prisoners leave the cell twice a day, when they’re shackled together and ordered to move at a jog to the cafeteria. At one point, her grandfather couldn’t keep up and a guard shoved him, Perkins said.

Her grandfather is a soft-spoken, gentle man, she said. He didn’t complain.

“He’s a trouper,” she said.

Family in Yuma have contacted legislators, including Sen. John McCain’s office, and the U.S. consulate in Mexico.

“The U.S. Consulate repeatedly told us all they can do legally is make sure the prisoners are cared for and treated humanely,” Perkins said. “They can’t advise us.”

They also tried to contact Congressman Rick Larson and Sen. Patty Murray.

The consulate has suggested another Mexican lawyer and started an investigation. No trial date has been set. The family has been told the pair could linger in prison for months.

Calls from The Herald to the Mexican Secretary of Public Security in Baja California, the organization that runs the courts, were not answered.

Perkins said that her family already has paid $3,000 to attorneys and others in the Mexican justice system, all of whom offered resolution in the case.

Guilt or innocence seems immaterial, Perkins said, adding “The longer you’re there, the more money you pay.”

La Raza del Noroueste Reporter Alejandro Dominguez contributed to this story.

I, as an American, am sick and tired of tolerating this crap-hole of a country at our southern border. It’s time we get tough with Mexico.  How would they like it if we started rounding up Mexicans here illegally and held them in prisons? Oh yeah that’s what ICE is supposed to do.. wouldn’t it be nice if they actually did such a thing????

ABC Show “What Would You Do” Opens 2009 Season with Anti-American Topic

January 6th, 2009

So now we have ABC apparently wanting Americans to just sit back and take it from the invading hordes of illegal alien Mexicans. This is revealed in their season opener of What Would You Do where they setup regular Americans in New Jersey to get them to react to illegal alien non-English speaking day laborers. The SLANT is - you Americans who don’t like them are RACISTS.  Nevermind that these illegals have come here with TOTAL disrespect for our laws. They take from our social services, our hospitals our public housing and they give NOTHING BACK. They send their extra money home to Mexcio or Guatemala instead of into the American economy. I can’t imagine why Americans are pissed off at that can you?  Well apparently ABC is cluelss and so is John Quinones who is himself of Mexican heritage and apparently he is totally sympathetic to the invading hordes of Mexicans - most of whom feel we stole the American southwest from Mexico and they are BREEDING and INVADING their way to taking it back from us by simple majority of population.

See the video snippet on this here

I watched the first ten minutes of this waste of space show and got so angry I almost got out a hammer to destroy my television - which probably would not be a bad idea since it is the biggest piece of garbage furniture in my home.

You better believe Americans are ANGRY at having illegal alien Mexicans invade their communities and have them bringing identity theft rings, prostitution rings, drug rings - to their towns - all across America. I predict that this anger will soon boil over - as soon as McStain and his other traitor friends get working on another amnesty for illegals - yep - I think that will be the tipping point for Americans and I’d have to say - if you are an illegal alien it might be time for you to think about going home before it’s too late.

I’d like to remind all you illegal alien sympathizers that the entire notion of IMMIGRATION LAWS is so that immigrants do not come to this country in such large numbers and do not assimilate that it changes the nature of the indigent culture. But that is what is happening with this blatant invasion by illegal aliens from Mexico and South America. Our culture is UNDER ATTACK by the third world cultures being imported with the MILLIONS of ILLEGAL ALIENS MOSTLY FROM HISPANIC COUNTRIES.

So now I will be crossing ABC off my viewing list - and it will join NBC and MSNBC on that list.  I will use my boob tube only for watching movies *I* select with Netflix instead of wasting my time on the FAUX NEWS from these stations and the CRAP PROGRAMMING.

So when you watch the snippet, watch how they portray “Mario” and his hurt feelings at the “discrimination” by Americans. He “no comprende” why Americans treat him this way.. well that’s because he is IGNORANT and STUPIDO.  They sneak into our country illegally and have hurt feelings when we don’t want them here?????  And how exactly do we know they are illegal? BECAUSE THEY DON’T SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!!  LEGAL IMMIGRANTS LEARN THE LANGUAGE OF THE COUNTRY THEY WISH TO BECOME PART OF.  ILLEGAL ALIENS ARE JUST USERS OF THE HOST COUNTRY - LIKE A PARASITE. THAT IS WHY WE HATE THEM AND WE SURE DO HATE THEM.  GO HOME WE DON’T WANT YOU HERE.

PRLDEF Lawsuit Alleging That the US Fails To Protect Latinos Based on False Information

December 22nd, 2008

Apparently the National Council of La Raza’s self-proclaimed “Wave of Hate” Campaign has yet another branch coming now from the Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund who has filed a lawsuit with the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights which is part of the Organization of American States.  They are charging that the United States is failing to live up to the group’s declaration on human rights, known as the American Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man.  The lawsuit cites that violence against Latinos rose 40 percent between 2003 and 2007.

Well I did some research and so far, between 2006 and 2007, using statistics from the FBI Crime Statistic web site - the increase in crimes against Hispanics which were considered bias hate crimes rose by FIVE - not 5% but a total of 5 more of these crimes occurred in 2007 compared to 2006.

I did some further research, and guess what - the percent of crimes against Hispanic, when the total Hispanic population is considered, actually WENT DOWN between 2006 and 2007 and here is how I got there:

Total Hispanic population in 2006      40 million  (1)

Total Hispanic population in 2007       45.5 million (1)

Total hate crimes against Hispanics in 2006         770  (2)

Total hate crimes against Hispanics in 2007         775  (3)

The percentage of crimes within the Hispanic population that can be attributed to hate crimes was .00193% in 2006 and in 2007 it was .00171%.  That’s a DECREASE!  Notice that also LESS THAN 1 PER CENT OF THE HISPANIC POPULATION IN BOTH 2006 AND 2007 HAVE BEEN VICTIMS OF A HATE CRIME BECAUSE OF THEIR ETHNICITY.

Let’s compare that to - hmm.. maybe the Black population shall we?

Without bothering with the percentages except to note that the Black population has been now surpassed by the Hispanic population in this country and it’s around 40 million - let’s look at the numbers of hate crimes against blacks:

2006 Hate Crimes against Blacks                    3136

2007 Hate Crimes against Blacks                     3275

That percentage of hate crimes compared to the population is WAY higher than Hispanics are experiencing.

And I’d like to point out that the habit of obscuring statistics about Hispanics makes it very difficult to tally up these numbers because, in essence, often Hispanics are categorized as part of the WHITE race because they do not consider Hispanic or Latino to be a  RACE but an ETHNICITY.

Here’s some interesting statistics for you.  On the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list - 4 of the 10 are Hispanic -yet the Hispanic population is only 14.5 % of the total US population. So 40 PER CENT of the criminals on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted list are Hispanic taking up a much larger share there than they do in the general population. What gives?   If you also are a frequent viewer of America’s Most Wanted, you might also find that most of the fugitves they chase these days are illegal aliens with Hispanic names.  Also true on the cops shows where they follow the police arresting fugitives. You will find most of the fugitives are Hispanics. Gee there a trend for ya PRLDEF.

Here’s an interesting link I found. The San Francisco DEA’s Most Wanted Fugitives list. Notice there is not ONE non-Hispanic name and face on that list?  Where do I file MY petition that MY GOVERNMENT IS NOT PROTECTING ME AS AN AMERICAN CITIZEN FROM THESE CRIMINAL HISPANICS?  In fact, go to the main page and see that click on ANY state you will see that in EVERY STATE the DEA fugitives are HISPANIC. What is wrong with this picture????  And if you really want to see how the White/Hispanic statistics are SO SKEWED just click on some of the offenders and it clearly states Place of Birth is MEXICO yet their race is WHITE. HUH? So next time you see WHITE crime statistics realize that a LARGE PORTION OF WHITE CRIME IS FROM ILLEGAL ALIEN HISPANICS WHO ARE LISTED AS WHITE.

So let’s take a look at this  Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man as it pertains to the protection and rights of the legal American citizen. And notice - all of these “rights” do not mention who is going to PAY for these services and things humans have a “right” to.
