San Francisco Lesbian’s Gang Rape Being Improperly Tied to a Hate Crime

December 24th, 2008

I truly feel sorry for this woman who was gang raped in San Francisco but when I started to see these LGBT groups coming out and claiming this was a hate crime.  I decided this is just yet another example of hate-crime-itis that seems to be running amok in this country lately.

Just like how the death of Luis Ramirez in Shenandoah was claimed to be a hate crime against Mexicans without any proof of that whatsoever, this case is yet again another case where the “anti-hate” groups stretch the truth to fit their agenda.  The promoters of this “hate crime agenda” ignored the fact that there were ethnic slurs also used by Ramirez against the white teens who ultimately caused his death in a fist fight.

That agenda in this case is to silence the supporters of the Proposition 8 legislation and  similar legislation in several other states supporting  the traditional definition of  marriage that is between a man and a woman.  Supporting this traditional definition does NOT deny LGBT people from having a civil union - only a “marriage” which is slightly different when it comes to some rights afforded by workplaces for family leave and hospital visitations. Nobody wants to deny LGBT people from these things when they are in a civil union with someone of the same sex. Efforts instead should be focused on allowing partners in civil unions to have the same courtesies in this regard as married partners instead of trying to tear down the institution of marriage to suit their own sick lifestyle.

Lesbo

As a conservative, I think being gay is sick and a symptom of a sick society, but I also think people have a right to their sick twisted choices in life. It doesn’t mean I have to condone it or embrace it. It doesn’t mean I wish to burn gay people at the stake or deny them a happy life.  But no amount of legislation is going to make me accept the LGBT people in my circle and if they don’t like it too bad.

I also do not believe that being gay is something you are born with. It is a CHOICE people. It is not the same as being born into a particular RACE. Therefore, it is NOT a MINORITY GROUP  that deserves protection from discrimination.  You have chosen to be GAY so DEAL WITH THE CONSEQUENCES OF PEOPLE NOT LIKING YOUR CHOICE OF LIFESTYLE.  Furthermore, people would not necessarily KNOW or CARE if you are gay unless you STICK IT IN THEIR FACES WITH YOUR GAY PRIDE SHIT.

So, why do I think this gang rape has nothing to do with this woman’s sexual orientation?  Because they attacked her when she was crossing the street. These groups claim she was “openly gay” and had a rainbow sticker on her car. Well everyone in San Francisco is “openly gay” and has these stickers on their car. I find it ridiculous for anyone to claim that this group of thugs went around looking for a lesbian to attack.  I am certain they will be surprised to find they have gotten embroiled in this LGBT “hate crime” when here they thought they were just brutally raping a woman.

Here’s the story:

SAN FRANCISCO —  A woman in the San Francisco Bay area was jumped by four men, taunted for being a lesbian, repeatedly raped and left naked outside an abandoned apartment building, authorities said Monday.

Detectives say the 28-year-old victim was attacked Dec. 13 after she got out of her car, which bore a rainbow gay pride sticker. The men, who ranged from their late teens to their 30s, made comments indicating they knew her sexual orientation, said Richmond police Lt. Mark Gagan.

I can’t wait to hear what those comments were. I am betting she LOOKED like a dyke which prompted the comments. Why are these comments not published for all to examine? Because I am betting the comments are a stretch to believe it supports an anti-LGBT hate crime that’s why.

“It just pushes it beyond fathomable,” he said. “The level of trauma — physical and emotional — this victim has suffered is extreme.”

Authorities are characterizing the attack as a hate crime but declined to reveal why they think the woman was singled out because of her sexual orientation. Gagan would say only that the victim lived openly with a female partner and had a rainbow flag sticker on her car.

The 45-minute attack began when one of the men approached the woman as she crossed the street, struck her with a blunt object, ordered her to disrobe and sexually assaulted her on the spot with the help of the other men.

So she was crossing the street. Did it say they followed her in her car before they attacked her?  Do people REALLY believe these thugs checked her car before they attacked her to see if it had one of those rainbow stickers? And do people REALLY believe that everyone knows the rainbow sticker MEANS the person is gay?  I’ll bet every other car in San Fran has one of these stickers and I am betting these thugs had no idea it meant she was gay. Chances are however, that a woman in San Francisco has a 50-50 chance of being a lesbian just because it’s San Francisco.

When the group saw another person approaching, they forced the victim back into her car and took her to a burned-out apartment building, where she was raped again inside and outside the vehicle. The assailants took her wallet and drove off in her car. Officers found the car abandoned two days later.

Call me cynical, but I would not be surprised at all if this is a totally false rape set up to create victim status for the LGBT community so that they can play on the sympathies of the weak minded who fall for this crap.  Did they do a rape kit?  Are there any witnesses?   In the article it says “when the group saw another person approaching” - it means to me there might be a witness. Funny that with all the press, that person has not come forward.  Fishy, very fishy.

Later in the article, she says her assailants used the nicknames “Blu” and “Pato”.  Now here’s the irony that comes to my mind. Wouldn’t it just be the funniest thing EVER if this really did happen, it was a group of Mexican illegal alien gang bangers protected by Mayor Gavin Newsom’s sanctuary city policies?  I just think that would be perfect karmic justice for the sickos in San Francisco.

Update:  Found these details about the perps and strangely enough, three of them are LATINO and one is BLACK.  Well what do you know?  How many want to bet they are also ILLEGAL ALIENS that are protected by San Francisco’s Sanctuary Policies?

The attackers are being sought on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, robbery, kidnapping, carjacking, and sexual assault. The charges carry a hate crime enhancement.

The first suspect is described by police as a 5 foot 6 inch Latino man in his 30s who weighs 180 pounds, and has black hair, brown eyes and a mustache.

The second suspect is described as a black man in his early 20s, who’s 5 feet 10 inches, weighs 170 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. His nickname is “Blu,” according to media reports.

The third suspect, nicknamed “Pato,” is described as a Latino who’s 18 to 20 years old. The fourth suspect also is an 18- to 20-year-old Latino man.

So here is the end of the article showing how much they want this to be about the victim being lesbian because it so nicely promotes the “lesbian victim” agenda:

Skolnik said the group plans to analyze hate crime data to see whether fluctuations may be related to the gay marriage bans that appeared on ballots this year in California, Arizona and Florida.

“Anytime there is an anti-LGBT initiative, we tend to see spikes both in the numbers and the severity of attacks,” he said. “People feel this extra entitlement to act out their prejudice.”

I’m SO sick and tired of self-proclaimed victim groups claiming a crime is committed because of who they are. ALL crimes that involve assault are HATE CRIMES and trying to say a crime against a person is WORSE just because they are part of some self-defined minority group should not make it more of a crime than it already is.  And, I’d like to also put out there that - if the gay community was not so intent on shoving their lifestyle down the throats of decent folk who do not agree with them - then perhaps there would not be such a backlash against those who are doing the shoving.

I’m posting this commentary on an anti-illegal blog because this is EXACTLY the same tactic that open borders jerks use against patriotic Americans who do not like illegal immigration. They try to portray not liking illegal immigration and trying to stop it as “hate crime” against Hispanics - while they totally IGNORE the fact that the group of patriotic Americans who hate illegal immigration is made up of ALL RACES including legal immigrant Hispanics!  Don’t let the FACTS get in the way of your AGENDA now.

I decided to look into the claim that hate crimes against people because of sexual orientation is on the rise. I found several references to the number of “hate crimes” against LGBT people according to the FBI, totaled 1460 in 2007 and that this number is up from around 1225 or so from 2006.  Let’s break down those statistics and find out what KIND of crimes that 1460 represents against gays shall we?

5 Murder
242 Aggravated Assault
0 Forcible rape
448 “Simple” Assault
335 “Intimidation”
9 “Other” personal crime
530 Robbery
16 Burglary
23 Larceny
2 Vehicle Theft (I stole your car because you are gay?)
3 Arson
314 Vandalism
7 Other property crime
3 “Crimes against society”

If you are wondering what “crimes against society” is - it is a crime where there is NO PARTICULAR VICTIM because it includes prostitution, gambling and drug violations. So how in the WORLD does that fit into any HATE CRIME statistics??????  And gee there are 335 which are considered “intimidation”.  Guess what?  That is a nice loose category into which any fag who gets his knickers into a twist over some off-hand comment can use to say - he hurt my feelings or whatever and now it’s a hate crime.   Here is the description of the hate crime statistics “methodology” from the FBI web site:

Offense Types

The law enforcement agencies that voluntarily participate in the hate crime program collect details about an offender’s bias motivation associated with 11 offense types already being reported to the Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program: murder and nonnegligent manslaughter, forcible rape, aggravated assault, simple assault, and intimidation (crimes against persons); and robbery, burglary, larceny-theft, motor vehicle theft, arson, and destruction/damage/vandalism (crimes against property).

The law enforcement agencies that participate in the UCR Program via the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) collect data about additional offenses for crimes against persons and crimes against property. These data appear in Hate Crime Statistics in the category of other. These agencies also collect hate crime data for the category called crimes against society, which includes drug or narcotic offenses, gambling offenses, prostitution offenses, and weapon law violations.

Together, the offense classification other and the crime category crimes against society include 35 Group A Offenses (not listed) that are captured in the NIBRS, which also collects the previously mentioned 11 offense categories. The Uniform Crime Reporting Handbook, NIBRS edition [1992], provides an explanation of the 46 Group A Offenses.
Crimes Against Persons, Property, or Society

The UCR Program’s data collection guidelines stipulate that a hate crime may involve multiple offenses, victims, and offenders within one incident; therefore, the hate crime data collection program is incident-based. According to UCR counting guidelines:

One offense is counted for each victim in crimes against persons.
One offense is counted for each offense in crimes against property.
One offense is counted for each offense in crimes against society.

So, according to the methodology - if you brandish a gun at a gay person while you are gambling in a casino and you make them uncomfortable - that will count for THREE different “offense” categories!

Just remember, statistics can be used to prove both sides of the same issue - using the same data.  To really understand the statistics being quoted, we must look into the methodology and find out what is really going on and what is really going on is the use and abuse of  crime statistics to skew the truth and make it seem the LGBT is being victimized when nothing could be farther from the truth. It is society which is being victimized by THEM. Shall we put the entire population of the LGBT under the category of “crimes against society” maybe?
