Colorado Representative Kathleen Curry and her Pro Illegal Agenda in Colorado

April 30th, 2008

Curry the CurrYou may have heard of Kathleen Curry recently because of her censure of Rep Bruce for referring to “illiterate peasants” regarding a guest worker bill being debated in Colorado. Well it seems Ms Curry has gotten a lot of backlash for censuring Mr Bruce and RIGHTLY SO. She is claiming she has received death threats so that is justifying the REMOVAL of her PUBLIC OFFICE PHONE NUMBER from the government web sites.

Well I have news for you Kathleen Curry. You are a PUBLIC SERVANT and you cannot hide from the public even when they have something to say that you don’t like. As a public service I will post her office phone number here. It is not her home phone number. It is her work number where she is paid by the citizens of Colorado to represent THEM. She must answer to the people and she cannot hide.

This whole incident prompted me to look into who exactly Kathleen Curry is and why she might have so much obvious hatred for a politician who is apparently very pro-American and anti-illegal aliens (aka illiterate peasants). I didn’t have to look too far. Start with Project VoteSmart here

Professional experience includes.. gee what do you know.. Co-Owner, Tomichi Creek Natural Beef, Incorporated.

Oh and the Gunnison Democrat serves as chairwoman of the Agriculture, Livestock and Natural Resources Committee.

Now it seems to me that perhaps a legislator who weighs in on legislation affecting the livestock industry when it comes to guest worker visas should RECUSE herself from participating on the grounds of CONFLICT OF INTEREST. And just perhaps, her stance on illegal immigration, which is apparently PRO ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION may have a lot to do with her personal involvement in the meat processing industry.

But it doesn’t seem that the Colorado legislature has much respect for what is right or what is proper at all!

Let’s take a look at some of her recent voting.

Voted no: Public Construction Bidding Act SB 234

Vote to pass a bill that suggests that construction contracts for public projects be given to the bidder who, through an analysis of the bidder’s construction plan, estimated price, and past history, is found to offer the state the “best overall value.” Potential bidders must verify to the state that they do not employ illegal aliens before they are allowed to bid.

Imagine that! She is against it… what a shocker! By the way - the bill PASSED with a vote count of 36-29.

Oh and here for your enjoyment is the RIDICULOUS resolution to censure Douglas Bruce for “kicking” a photographer during prayer. According to Mr Bruce it was not a kick at all but a tap on his bended knee as the photographer was continuing to photograph Mr Bruce during prayer, after he was asked not to, which Mr Bruce felt was an invasion of privacy and I agree! Not one person witnessed this “kick”. The photographer just happens to be Hispanic and I am sure does not like Mr Bruce’s positions on illegal immigration. According to Mr Bruce, the paper he works for has been harrassing him.. so I would like to suggest that it was the PHOTOGRAPHER who was out of order, not Mr Bruce.

It seems the asylum is being run by the insane these days! The total lack of maturity and decorum on the part of Ms Curry reeks of elementary school hair pulling tactics and is not fitting for someone who is supposed to be a representative of citizens in a political office!

I love this line in the so-called “resolution”

- On January 14, 2008, during opening prayer, on the floor of the House, Representative Douglas Bruce used physical force against a photographer to prevent him from taking further photographs of him.

Physical force? Did the photographer fall down? Does he have an injury or mark on his person? Or was it more like the “force” of the wind? To accuse someone of using physical force requires proof. It seems in the mind of Ms Curry that any physical contact might be construed as “physical force” because that is what suits her twisted agenda.

Ms Curry - you need to remove your head from your ass and start thinking a little more like an adult with a responsible job instead of like a whining school girl who wants to get even with the boy who pulled her pig tails.

US Attorney for New Jersey says illegal aliens are not committing a crime

April 28th, 2008

dirtbag Apparently the US Attorney for the Justice Department in New Jersey needs to go back to school because he skipped the part about the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 that says explicitly it is a punishable offense to enter the country illegally. Furthermore, it is a punishable offense to hire, aid, abet or harbor illegal aliens. Count this guy - Christopher Christie, among the traitors like US Attoreny Johnny Sutton, who sent two Border Patrol agents to prison for 11 and 12 YEARS based solely upon the testimony of a Mexican career drug smuggler.

Here it is in print - read for yourself and then contact this dirtbag and let him know you are outraged that an agent of the Federal government - yet another one - refuses to enforce our laws. It is time for another Boston Tea Party folks!

Christie: Immigrants are not criminals

Immigrants and their advocates today found an unlikely ally: the top law enforcement officer in New Jersey.

U.S. Attorney Christopher Christie speaks at First United Methodist Church of Dover today.

U.S. Attorney Christopher Christie surprised many at a Dover church public forum when he said sneaking into the United States is not a criminal act.

“Being in this country without proper documentation is not a crime,” Christie told more than 60 residents and town officials. “The whole phrase of ‘illegal immigrant’ connotes that the person, by just being here, is committing a crime.”

Being undocumented may be a civil wrong, but it’s not a criminal act, Christie said.

“Don’t let people make you believe that that’s a crime that the U.S. Attorney’s Office should be doing something about,” he added of entering the country illegally. “It is not.”

Is this unbelievable folks or what? Has our government been hijacked by a foreign government or what????

Governor of Rhode Island Cracks Down on Illegal Aliens - Cites High Costs to State

April 26th, 2008

Gee what do you know? Illegal immigration is costing the state money? According to Geraldo Rivera and many others who support ILLEGAL immigration - illegals contribute more to the economy than they take away.. Guess that is only true if you try to cover up exactly how much they are costing by burying their statistics and NOT counting ILLEGAL immigrants and instead mixing them in with legal immigrants by calling them all “foreign born”. This has been the trick of our pro-illegal government to hide the actual costs of illegal aliens - by using code words to bury all of that information. Once you start extracting THE TRUTH, the numbers are STARTLING and this is what the Governor of Rhode Island found when he issued his executive order to get to the bottom of it.

Illegal Immigrants, Partly Blamed for State Budget Crisis, Face Crackdown in Rhode Island

PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Rhode Island’s closest international border is the Canadian one, about 200 miles to the north. About 11 percent of the 1 million people who live here were born in another country, and estimates say that a third or fewer of those people are in the country illegally.

But Gov. Don Carcieri says illegal immigration has become such a problem — and cost the state so much money at a time that it is grappling with a $568 million budget deficit — that last month he signed an executive order directing state police to crack down on illegal immigrants.

Now here is something that really flips my lid. Apparently “religious leaders” are jumping into this political debate over illegal immigration. Last I heard, religious organizations are tax exempt BECAUSE they are not permitted to participate in influencing our government. If these religious “leaders” want to jump into this political debate and try to influence it, then they need to give up their tax exempt status and pay like everyone else!

After meeting with concerned clergy Friday, Carcieri refused to rescind his order. But he agreed to create an advisory committee that will monitor how it is enforced.

I applaud this Governor and those in the State Government who support him. He now joins the short list of politicians with a SPINE such as Tom Tancredo, Mayor Barletta, Dana Rohrabacher, Ted Poe and Duncan Hunter.

Carcieri has denied the timing of his order was politically motivated. He faults Congress for failing to reform national immigration policy and said the state government must enforce the law.

Democratic Rep. Jon Brien backs Carcieri’s order and has submitted legislation to take it a step further by requiring every private employer in the state to use the same federal database to check the immigration status of their new hires.

“The workforce in the state of Rhode Island should be a legal one,” Brien said. “It puts everyone in the state on a level playing field.”

The state’s agreement to enforce immigration law is still being worked out, but State Police Maj. Steven O’Donnell said once in place, it will allow officers to inquire more deeply about the immigration status of anyone they contact if there’s a reason to think they are here illegally. That could be people who are arrested, motorists stopped by police or witnesses who report crimes.

Oh and here it comes.. the same old argument about “profiling” and shows the pro-illegal lobby is clinging to anything they can use to make it more difficult to enforce the law. Here it is in plain language - if you are not breaking the law, if you have come here legally and you have proof, you have nothing to worry about from the crackdown on illegal immigration. If you are here illegally, then you SHOULD be afraid and that means the crackdown is WORKING AS INTENDED! I don’t give a DAMN if illegal aliens are afraid - they have come here illegally and dammit they SHOULD be afraid and they SHOULD be living in the shadows. We don’t want people “living in the shadows” - we want them to GO HOME or come here legally!

Critics warn of racial profiling, and fear the measure will make illegal immigrants scared to contact police if they are a victim of crime or witness one happening.

Juan Garcia, who works with immigrants at St. Teresa of Avila Church in Providence, held a meeting about Carcieri’s order shortly after it was signed. Anxious people wanted to know if they could still renew their driver’s licenses or pay state payroll taxes without being identified as illegal immigrants, he said.

Like I said before WORKING AS INTENDED!!!! Where can I sign up to help IDENTIFY ILLEGAL ALIENS? And here’s a point I don’t know that I have heard and it’s an opinion I have had all along. Why exactly do you think there is such a backlash against Mexican/Hispanic illegals and not as much against Asian illegals? BECAUSE THEY ARE SMARTER AND THEY ASSIMILATE EVEN WHEN THEY ARE HERE ILLEGALLY. They don’t go around speaking their native language and flaunting it. They don’t stand out by waving flags from their native country and shooting American patriots the finger. They don’t go around demanding rights. They keep quiet. They learn English. They blend in. Had Mexican and South American illegals done this, do you think we would have noticed really? We would have wondered why our economy was being drained and would not have realized perhaps it was the flood of illegals. But instead, Latino illegals are arrogant and they are proud to live in a country illegally and get over on us. They are proud to wave the flag of the country they fled from which I really don’t understand AT ALL. If your country is so great, then WHY ARE YOU HERE????

Celebrate May 1st as LOYALTY DAY

April 23rd, 2008

Illegal aliens are NOT INVITED to celebrate LOYALTY DAY 2008 because they are only loyal to their home countries and not to the United States. Did you realize that in 2003, a public law was enacted to label May 1st as Loyalty Day? Why is it that we have not heard of this or see any Walmart ads pushing loyalty to one’s country on May 1st?

Loyalty Day, 2003

By the President of the United States of America

A Proclamation

To be an American is not a matter of blood or birth. Our citizens are bound by ideals that represent the hope of all mankind: that all men are created equal, endowed with unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. On Loyalty Day, we reaffirm our allegiance to our country and resolve to uphold the vision of our Forefathers.

Our founding principles have endured, guiding our Nation toward progress and prosperity and allowing the United States to be a leader among nations of the world. Throughout our history, honorable men and women have demonstrated their loyalty to America by making remarkable sacrifices to preserve and protect these values.

Today, America’s men and women in uniform are protecting our Nation, defending the peace of the world, and advancing the cause of liberty. The world has seen again the fine character of our Nation through our military as they fought to protect the innocent and liberate the oppressed in Operation Iraqi Freedom. We are honored by the service of foreign nationals in our Armed Services whose willingness to risk their lives for a country they cannot yet call their own is proof of the loyalty this country inspires. Their service and sacrifice are a testament to their love for America, and our soldiers’ honor on and off the battlefield reaffirms our Nation’s most deeply held beliefs: that every life counts, and that all humans have an unalienable right to live as free people.

These values must be imparted to each new generation. Our children need to know that our Nation is a force for good in the world, extending hope and freedom to others. By learning about America’s history, achievements, ideas, and heroes, our young citizens will come to understand even more why freedom is worth protecting.

Last September, I announced several initiatives that will help improve students’ knowledge of American history, increase their civic involvement, and deepen their love for our great country. The We the People initiative will encourage the teaching of American history and civic education by providing grants for curriculum development and training seminars. The Our Documents initiative will use the Internet to bring information about and the text of 100 of America’s most important documents from the National Archives to classrooms and communities across the country. These initiatives are important, for it is only when our children have an understanding of our past that they will be able to lead the future.

This Loyalty Day, as we express allegiance to our Nation and its founding ideals, we resolve to ensure that the blessings of liberty endure and extend for generations to come.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GEORGE W. BUSH, President of the United States of America, do hereby proclaim May 1, 2003, as Loyalty Day. I call upon all the people of the United States to join in support of this national observance. I also call upon government officials to display the flag of the United States on all government buildings on Loyalty Day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this thirtieth day of April, in the year of our Lord two thousand three, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and twenty-seventh.

GEORGE W. BUSH

And why exactly did they make this move? Because traditionally May 1st is celebrated by Socialists and Communists to commemorate a day of martyrdom going back to the Haymarket Riots in Chicago.

From the above link at Wikipedia:

The holiday was first observed in 1921[1] as “Americanization Day,”[2] and was intended to counterbalance the celebration of Labour Day on May Day (May 1), an internationally celebrated holiday which was perceived as communist.

Loyalty Day is celebrated with parades and ceremonies in several U.S. communities, although many people in the United States remain unaware of it. Although a legal holiday, it is not a federal holiday, and is not commonly observed.
It was made an official holiday by the U.S. Congress on July 18, 1958 (Public Law 85-529).[3][4] Following the passage of this law, President Dwight D. Eisenhower proclaimed May 1, 1959 the first official observance of Loyalty Day. [5]

In 2007 President George W. Bush issued an official proclamation of the May 1, 2007 Loyalty Day in accordance with the 1958 Congressional declaration,[6] as have many of his predecessors.

Strangely and coincidentally enough, the pro-illegal activists have chosen that same day to MARCH IN OUR STREETS DEMANDING CITIZENSHIP AND A PATH TO LEGALIZATION FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS.

I challenge every patriotic American to spread the word about LOYALTY DAY and show illegal aliens their crappy May Day marches do not compare to the loyalty of the majority of this country’s legal citizens and we WILL NOT TOLERATE the marching in our streets by illegal aliens on ANY DAY!
