Well, they’re at it again and we have to spend our free time freaking CALLING these asswipes in Congress to let them know AGAIN that we DON’T WANT TO GIVE ILLEGAL ALIENS ANY KIND OF CITIZENSHIP PATH PERIOD! The only path we want to give them is the one leading them HOME to their country of origin!

As always, NumbersUSA is leading the pack of patriotic groups who are keeping us informed. This is it folks.. if we don’t stop this AGAIN we will see a HUGE number of anti-American illegal aliens becoming US citizens WITHOUT deserving it whatsoever. Of course there are some very nice hard working illegal alien children who had nothing to do with being dragged across the border. I say to them - sorry - wish we could help ya but the real culprit is YOUR PARENTS who chose to come here illegally. Unfortunately this country is full of bleeding hearts who think that is just fine to let you kids get free tuition and a path to citizenship to “make it up to you”. But the people responsible for you being in the situation you are in is your very own parents who thought they were doing the right thing. Another culprit is the government of your home country - who care not about their poor and export them to the US.

These Senators Still Waffling on Vote on DREAM Amnesty

(September 19) The Senate adjourned for the day, but will resume consideration of H.R. 1585, the Defense Department authorization bill for fiscal year 2008, at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 20. At some point during the debate, open-borders senators will attempt to attach three proposals that, when taken together, would grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens and dramatically increase the importation of foreign workers at a time 10 million Americans are looking for jobs and can’t find employment.

You immigration lawyers amaze me. You apparently have not read the court transcripts that were released (after over a YEAR past the end of the trial) and you apparently have not read the numerous stories on World Net Daily chronicling the miscarriage of justice that these two border agents received. The true story is in the hearts and minds of Compean and Ramos and their supporters and they are truly political prisoners of this open borders travesty of a President and his corrupt handmaidens in the government.

Point 1: Aldrete-Davila was portrayed as a poor one time drug runner who was “just trying to make some money for his sick mom”. This was a bald faced lie by the prosecution. They knew he was a seasoned drug smuggler. They pretended not to notice when he brought ANOTHER load of drugs in before the trial and he used a golden border pass to do it. Point 2: Compean and Ramos were not required to file a paper report to report the shooting. They were required to notify their supervisors verbally which was done. In fact, several supervisors were aware of the shooting that day and it was THEY who did not file the proper paperwork because it happened at the end of the shift and would have resulted in working late. http://wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=54133

Point 3: The chain of evidence was broken regarding the bullet fragment removed from the butt of Aldrete-Davila when it was taken home with the DHS agent overnight who also happened to be housing the DRUG SMUGGLER in the same house. The doctor testified that the pattern of the bullet fragments also did not indicate he had been shot in the back but he had been shot at an angle which strongly pointed to the drug smuggler being in a position of firing a weapon with his left arm. That further proves he was NOT fleeing at the time he was shot - he was shooting back at them.

Point 4: The ballistics from the bullet fragment were not an exact match to the weapons of any particular agent. Point 5: Aldrete-Davila was left handed - his family attested to this and the bullet pattern proved it but in court he lied about being left handed

Point 6: Nobody knows if Aldrete-Davila had a weapon or did not have a weapon because he escaped with said weapon into Mexico. So it cannot be said he did NOT have a weapon just as much as it cannot be said that he DID.

Point 7: Prosecutors knew Aldrete-Davila was the drug smuggler who they had chased and they chose not to prosecute him but instead go after the border agents. Why? Point 8: Compean and Ramos did not attempt to cover anything up. They did not even know Aldrete-Davila had been shot because he was able to escape into Mexico.

Point 9: Mexican drug smugglers do not have civil rights in this country. They are criminal invaders.

Point 11: Aldrete-Davila’s second drug load was SUPPRESSED by the prosecution - the deal they made with Aldrete-Davila to give him immunity did not give him immunity from subsequent crimes and it should NOT have been withheld from the jury but yet it was. Point 12: Compean and Ramos were hit with a gun crime statute that can NEVER apply to law enforcement agents who are using their firearms in the course of doing their jobs. That statute can and should only be applied to criminals in the course of committing a crime and using a firearm. This was a totally inappropriate application of the USC code applying to crimes committed with a firearm and it is preposterous. Point 13: A DHS memo that admitted that DHS lied to Congress surfaced and again - WAS SUPPRESSED by the prosecution. The entire case was based upon lies by several DHS agents that DHS admitted to during the trial - yet this was never revealed to the jury. That lie portrayed the agents as rogue agents who were out to kill Mexicans.

SUSPECT IN LOS GATOS CRASH HAD BLOOD ALCOHOL LEVEL TWICE THE LEGAL LIMIT

Sara Cole remembers it all: the sickening sound of crunching metal, her young sons panicked voices crying out, “Oh my God,” and the burning pain.

She then glanced down at her twisted legs and knew in that moment she would never be the same.

The 44-year-old mother of four, appeared surprisingly upbeat for a woman who barely survived after an alleged drunken driver swerved off Blossom Hill Road and slammed into her, severely crushing her legs on Sunday. Occasionally, however, she grimaced and shed tears, not only from the physical pain, but also from the images of that evening.

She was loading her son’s bike into her SUV, parked at a lot next to Baggerly Field in Los Gatos, when the boom came.

She fell to the ground and suddenly heard her 12-year-old son, Patrick, yelling out, “He’s leaving. He’s driving away.”

Soon after, officers stopped Lucio Rodriguez about four miles from the crash, which happened during her son’s Little League game.

Rodriguez, 27, was unable to stand on his own when officers asked him to get out of his car, according to a police report. They said he smelled strongly of alcohol, his eyes were glassy and he slurred his speech. They also said that prior to stopping him Rodriguez was weaving through traffic and driving erratically.

He had a blood alcohol level of 0.16 when his blood was drawn about an hour and a half after, well above the 0.10 level at which a driver is presumed to be under the influence.

According to the police report, Rodriguez joined a friend between 3 and 4 p.m. at a 76 gas station not far from the crash site and the two drank beers behind the station. The friend is an employee at the station. The friend told police that Rodriguez left the station about 5 p.m.

Rodriguez, who worked at the Lark Avenue Car Wash and at Una Mas restaurant in Los Gatos as a cook, called the eatery to say he was feeling sick and would not make it to work. He said he’d been drinking and was not physically able to go to work, the report said.

Rodriguez faces felony drunken-driving and hit-and-run charges and a charge of driving with a suspended license. He is being held in Santa Clara County Jail without bail. He could receive up to six years and eight months in prison if he is convicted.

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman said Friday that Rodriguez has been living in the U.S.United States illegally. Rodriguez had been convicted of drunken driving in March for an incident stemming back to January. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail and ordered to pay about $1,600 in fines. The sentence is consistent with a first-time offense.
